What is the difference between Classic and Volume?

Classic extensions are placed one lash to one natural healthy lash for a more natural look. Volume extensions are 2+ lashes and placed on one natural healthy lash.

How long does the appointment take?

New set appointments can take up to 2-2.5 hours to complete. Fill appointments are typically 1-1.5 hours.

How do I know if I’m allergic?

You can book a patch test which takes about 15 mins where I apply a couple lashes on each eye and see if you develop an allergic reaction to the products I use. Patch tests are free of charge as long as a full set appointment is booked. Patch test should be booked at least a day before lash appointment.

Do you do foreign fills?

Yes but it will be an additional $20 on top of my fill prices.

Why are foreign fills extra cost?

Foreign fills have an additional cost as I have to figure out the previous lash techs work and usually requires more work.

If I wash my lashes, will they fall out quicker?

No, washing your lashes actually will help your retention. Dirty lashes will cause them to fall off sooner and can cause infections if not taken care of properly.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

No, when applied properly and using the correct weight for the extensions, your natural lashes will not be damaged.

How often do I have to come back for fills?

Typically, clients will return for fills around 2-4 weeks depending on their retention. A 40% retention is required (after removal of outgrown lashes) to be considered a fill. Please refer to our policy for more details.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment on our website. If there isn’t a time slot that works for you, please feel free to send me a message and I can see what I can do. I am a mom of 2 so I typically just have my general availability on the website.

How do I take care of my lash extensions?

Wash your lashes daily with lash shampoo.
Avoid oil products on or around the eyes.
Do not use mascara on the extensions!!
No rubbing or picking your lashes.
Brush them daily.

Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling Appointments

I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice when making changes to your appointments. Any cancellation done after the 24 hour period will require a $25 deposit to secure a new appointment (deposit will go towards the total at the end of the appointment). If a second cancellation/rescheduling happens under that 24 hour period, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment date.

No shows

A 50% deposit will be required to book any other services after a no show.

Late Arrival

Please communicate an expected late arrival as depending on timing, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment without any communication then your appointment will automatically be cancelled and will be considered a no show.

Sickness

I respectfully ask that if you are feeling unwell to please reschedule your appointment.

Face mask

I respectfully ask that you wear a face mask for the duration of the appointment. I will also be wearing a face mask as I work closely to your face and would like to protect you and myself.

Guests

Please do not bring guests to your appointments as I do not have the space to accommodate them.

Youths

When booking an appointment, please write a note stating you are under 18. You will need parental signature on the consent form to proceed with the appointment.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds. If there are any issues, I am happy to fix them for you at no cost (within 2-3 days after your initial appointment date).

Payment

I accept cash or e-transfer.

About

I wanted to spend more time with my babies while they're still young and I love lashing! It's the best of both worlds. I have the flexibility to work around my kid's schedules but also do what I love, which is helping you ladies save time on your morning routines and feel more confident!
